Team,
Following feedback from client-facing teams, we are implementing the following policies effective January 15th:
Seating Protocol
Conference room seating will now be pre-assigned based on height. Taller associates (6'2"+) will be positioned in direct client sightlines. Those under 6'2" will be seated at the credenza or tasked with AV/refreshments.
A reminder that the firm's leg-lengthening partner, Dr. Kemal Yildirim, will be hosting an informational webinar next Thursday. Recovery time has decreased significantly.
Elevator Policy
Effective immediately, elevators to client floors (38-42) are restricted to those meeting minimum presence thresholds:
Height: 6'2" minimum
Norwood: NW2 or below
Those outside threshold may use the service elevator or take stairs. Exceptions granted on a per-meeting basis with MD approval and 48 hours notice.
Shoe Audit
We've received reports of unauthorized height-enhancing footwear. A reminder that only firm-approved lifts (available through HR, max 1.5") are permitted. Exceeding your documented height by more than 2" is a compliance violation and will be addressed.
New Metric: Frame Score
We are piloting a "Frame Score" combining shoulder-to-waist ratio, wrist circumference, and overall skeletal presence. This will appear in Workday by Q2. More details to follow.
Thank you for your flexibility.
Regards,
AutoAdmit Presence Operations
