There are international treaties that require airport authorities to prohibit solo adults from boarding international flights with minors unless they can prove they are the sole parent or they have authorization from the other parent. If it's just one dood and some underage kids, that's not allowed.
But some countries never signed these treaties. Surprise! they're mostly in the middle east. Saudi Arabia is one, and Epstein had dat Saudi passport.
But they also say enforcement is lax in Slovakia. No idea why, it's just understood in Europe that Slovak authorities don't check papers.
