Usually small levels but, babies instinctively avoid veggies. And fruits and berries on the orher hand evolved to make things want to eat them so they can spread seeds. So they're healthier for humans. Mutually beneficial. You need to be fruit and berrymaxxing. Not saying eat only meat and get a TRT roidgut look like short brown people online do. But eat hell of berries and yogurt. Thoughts on this? I love green veggies and salads. |

The reason why we got smart is because we got smart enough to eat as much meat as we wanted and it made our brains bigger and it was a positive feedback loop that made us super smart
Vegetables as part of the human diet only exist because women unconsciously are drawn to it as "trad" because all they did before sedentary civilization was waddle around picking plants and berries while the men were out hunting. Now they eat "salads" every day and get IBS because human stomachs are really bad at digesting vegetables. I guess this is the price of Retvrning to Tradition |
