With sodium citrate you can easily turn any cheese into a sauce, so yeah that is a logical extension of the "burger sauce" concept.
Hey, why not throw the lettuce and onion into a blender and add it to the sauce too?? I would throw pickles in there too but we already don't need any pickles cuz we're putting pickle juice in the burger sauce!!
