First of all there is the garage. I would envision an extra deep 3-car garage for my family. I would want a grand entrance featuring a staircase and opening into the main entertaining areas. Large gathering room/family room and kitchen, scullery, large home office with dark wood paneling, master suite with bathroom featuring walk in closets and a separate seating area to take calls and work quietly. Downstairs I would insist on a large rumpus room with cabinetry and a bar area for have people/entertain. Possibly a downstairs bedroom suite or two for guests. Upstairs we’d need 4 en suites for the kids and a game room.
Across from the main house I’d need a pool and a pool house structure complete with outdoor kitchen, entertaining areas, and then on the second floor maybe a deck and inside a home gym, and a men’s relaxation area with wet steam room, dry sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub. Then maybe also a men’s bar / seating area which is just like a counter, a hidden refrigerator, four large leather chairs around a table and the doors all slide open so you can smoke in there if you want.

The best house I had access to growing up was a mansion where everyone used the side entrance, kitchenette, basement and side room. In ten years I think I only went through the front door once. It was largely for show.
The first floor had an open floor plan living room that was also never used unless there was a huge party with lots of guests. The dining room was never used.
We hung out almost entirely in the kitchen and the side room where the TV was.
The coup de grace was the basement where countless epic parties took place. They let us run wild as teens.
All the bedrooms were on the second floor and no one ever went up there. The basement was well insulated so we could be loud as fuck down there.
The parents were chill and didn't give a fuck what we did. But definitely cop a side door to a kitchen area that everyone will use and that you can park right in front of. And have a smaller living room than you can put a TV in so you don't have to use the main living room. The dining room is only for holidays.

Bathroom where I can watch TV while shitting, shaving, or being in the tub. Huge soaking tub, awesome steam shower.
4 car garage with lift(s) to be able to store cars double height and do my own oil changes/work. No curb angles to get on the property that could fuck up my sportscars.
Good gym.
Flat top grilling area, plus built in grill in pool area/cabana.
Shooting range and secure gun storage.
Soundproofed recording studio and instrument storage/display.
His and hers closets with a serious jewelry safe and area to have clothes steamed/pressed.
Beyond that I don't really care that much. Ideally it would be on a lake with a dock with a lift.

I don't know if I'd trust a fancy house with excessive valuables, especially if there are lots of windows. It would depend on the neighborhood.
A true vault would be ideal, but not sure how much such a thing would cost.
Any home safe can be cracked in a few minutes, even the "fancy" ones for $20-30k.

Two dishwashers. I don't really like putting away dishes. So you have one that's for clean dishes and another that's for dirty ones. When the dirty one fills up, you run a cycle, now it's the clean one.
I'd also want a space for a sick two channel stereo. IDK whether this would be a dedicated listening room. It could just be a living room that has room for optimal speaker placement. I often look at the most expensive homes for sale near me & a lot of them don't have a great place for a stereo.

No road or neighbors in sight.
10+ acres. Mature trees throughout.
Large garage, preferably detached.
Full house backup power system.
Large porch out front, larger deck out back.
No pool.
Small sound proofed bar area downstairs with an overstuffed chair so I can sit and drink in peace.

Home office where I can do zoom calls, camera not facing Drywall.
Maybe no grand entrance or Huge Kitchen or unused Huge living room eating up square footage. Just to be different from the others. Idk if this will be good or bad.
imo if you’re entertaining, you want the kitchen in the back and restroom close by. You can do a barbecue and people can go inside/outside without it being weird.
No home theater bc that’s too Losery and Film gives me bad memories. But need some way for men to watch football without a ton of hens clucking at them from the open concept kitchen area at my imaginary get togethers. Maybe have the kitchen just occupy an entire Wing all on its own. Just to Troll the current State of Kitchens. Then a buffer zone. Then a men only area. Put up a Godfather poster to scare away millennial Women
