the way i heard it described, it's complete fucking nonsense.
it's like in the movie 'War Games' starring Ally Sheedy, where the computer starts playing tic-tac-toe and discovers that you can't consistently win, and this is supposed to represent some super *Deep* revelation about the nature of reality.
