In baseball, some pitchers just lose control and can't find the strike zone. They call that the "yips".
Apparently in gymnastics they call it the "twisties".
This has nothing to do with mental health, being black, sexual assault, etc.
Anxiety and depression is what happens later when you can't get your shit together and flake out of your sport. |
