Right now we have a Congress controlled by a party that wants to see Biden succeed economically, and is happy to spend big to stimulate the economy to see that happen.

Next year we almost certainly will have Congress controlled by a party who wants to see the president fail economically. We haven't had that situation for quite a while, and it will make a huge difference, along with the Fed.

This is a dumb take. Did you not notice Biden can't get his own stimulus passed now? And that he wants the Fed to stop easing (allegedly)

Biggest economy issues right now are skyrocketing inflation and supply chain issues, both of which would likely be exacerbated by more government spending. GOP coming in to stop profligate federal spending - not that they've been particularly successful with that in recent years - would probably help Biden by reducing inflationary pressure.

The gov't got us into this mess, you moron. What makes you think the gov't can get us out of it? Maybe Congress sitting on its ass for +2 yrs would be a good thing vs. writing checks for stim bux we don't have.

Speaker Pelosi sure pulled out all of the stops trying to help President Trump in 2019-20.
