"There's nothing in New York law that prohibits my client from posting this bond in the form of cashews, almonds, or even pecans," Finkelman said. "Show me the statute that says otherwise, I'll be waiting," he added.
A line of dump trucks filled with cashews stretched for blocks and required a police escort as it approached the courthouse.
