I dont think its good to take PDE5 inhibitor long term due to excess NO2 for memory and brain function from some of the studies i saw and i def feel sharper now without it and just citrulline and arg but also not smoking weed
but yeah that 2.5/5er with a pre pipiing 25/50mg sildenafil is almost unfair - couldnt even fit my shit in to a few holds
hearing and eye damage for sildenafil is real though, had to take a ton of NAC to undo some auditory damage ime |

The half life is too short and it's more "severe" feeling compared to tadalafil. Low dose (2.5 or 5.0 mg) daily tadafil will give you better performance in the gym, better cardio performance, lower blood pressure, better overall circulation, testosterone boost, etc. |
