Why would a PC player subscribe to gamepass? PC gaming is deliberate, and often involves Engineering or at least the use of scripts or Console commands. PC gamers do not "passively" play something like L.A. Noir or Project Gotham Racing for 25 minutes and then never again like a Gamepass player. They play games that involve optimization and require the use of Scripts/Macros which press several buttons in sequence to get their buffs in place or what have you.
