why can't the moderators out the loser who wrote the YLS faculty

I'm pro first amendment as much as anyone else, but the first amendment is about preventing the gov't from restricting speech, not about preventing moderators from restricting speech in their own chatrooms. why not just out this guy and be done with it? this poor girl has no recourse, and it seems unfair. can't something be done for her? RepDefender turned 1 bad thread about Heide (which predated me being on xoxo by a few months) into a wild crusade against a stupid but entertaining contest and against xoxo in general. this resulted in her being pwned. sad but true.
